Henry Fong
Founder & CTO |
is a veteran technologist and international business strategist with expertise in markets such as Australia, Greater China, Japan, Korea and the US. In addition to serving as the CTO of RTMAsia, he currently serves as an advisor to a number of Silicon Valley start-ups in the fields of storage and security. Fong was formerly Director of Business Development for Brocade Communication Systems' next generation software division, and was responsible for managing Brocade's software partnerships worldwide. He holds a B.S. in Information Technology from Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia. |

Kenneth Fan
President, Greater China |
leads RTMAsia's overall business development in the Greater China market. Kenneth is a veteran of the IT industry with over 19 years of proven sales and management track record who started his career in System-Pro Computer Solutions HK Ltd in 1986, then joined HP in 1992 where he spent the next 10 years. During his tenure at HP, Kenneth lead teams of over 100 employees and was responsible for annual revenue contributions in the Greater China region of over $US250 million, managing a number of different business units in HP ranging from PC's, Servers, Imaging and Printing, Enterprise Solutions, Services and Consulting as well as Channel and Alliances development. |

Takahiko Higashi
President, Japan |
is a veteran strategist in the technology field, with 20 years of experience in the Japan market. Before joining RTMAsia as President for Japan, Higashi held various senior posts at blue chip companies including Senior Officer of Corporate Strategy and Director, Business Solution Group at Microsoft Japan. Prior to his 12 year tenure at Microsoft, Higashi was GM, Marketing and Corporate Strategy at Net One Systems, one of the largest systems integrators in Japan. He graduated from the Engineering Faculty of Kyoto University and is co-author of two books on the topic of network connectivity. |

Joon Mo Park
President, Korea |
is a Korean business strategist with expertise in numerous areas: Internet, software, mobile services, storage, PC's and peripherals. In addition to running RTMAsia Korea, he currently serves as an advisor to a number of Korean start-ups. Park started his career launching LG's PC business, and then moved to Microsoft as sales director of Microsoft Korea's OEM sales unit. Most recently he was country manager of Brocade Korea. He is a member of Korean IT industry forums and often writes columns in daily newspapers on software and other local IT industry topics. Park holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Korea University. |

Jeremy Geiger
VP, Business Development |
is a successful Asia-Pacific business development leader having set-up 15 country subsidiary teams in Asia-Pacific in the last 15 years for various IT companies (ERP, SCM, CRM, BI, BPM). Jeremy has been based in Japan, Korea, China, Singapore and Thailand and has developed business across Asia-Pacific. Most recently Jeremy built the Asia-Pacific operations for RTT, a 3D interactive software used for product design and creation of marketing content. Jeremy holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management program in Asia-Pacific and a Bachelor degree in Mathematics from University of Waterloo in Canada. |
